Yes! We are a fully bonded and insured cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home or office.
We are headquartered in Breckenridge, but our service areas include all of Summit County.
Specifically: Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, Keystone, Blue River, and Copper Mountain.
It is still possible to be serviced outside of Summit County. Just give us a call and we'll see what we can do!
Yes! We use a variety of naturally derived and eco-friendly products that we make in-house to ensure safe and effective cleaning practices for our clients and their loved ones.
Yes! We use all of our own cleaning supplies and equipment necessary for the job. If you wish to provide your own specific supplies or equipment, please let us know prior to you scheduled cleaning.
No, you presence is not required. However, we must have access to your property via key or access code.
Due to county restrictions, there are a few items we are not allowed to take. Those items include:
Toxic Chemicals , Radioactive Waste, Asbestos , or any other Hazardous Waste
Flammable Products: Propane Tanks and Gasoline
Batteries
Due to county restrictions and limitations, the following items will require an additional charge in order to be dumped. Those items include:
Tires , Refrigerators , Freezers , A/C
Due to county restrictions and limitations, we are only allowed to take a minimal supply of the following:
Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) : paint , cleaning supplies , household liquids
- We can take up to 20 gallons of HHW
Fluorescent Bulbs: maximum 25 bulbs
Oil: Maximum 4 gallons
We love our fury friends! We will gladly work around pets, we are a pet-friendly company, within reason. We ask that indoor activity is limited for cleaning efficiency and safety.
If you pet becomes anxious or presents a safety concern, we reserve the right to remove our cleaners from your home.
If the removal of our cleaners is due to aggressive pets, our cancellation and Rescheduling policy will apply.
Our cleaners are instructed not to enter a house if they believe an animal is a threat, pets may behave differently if a family member is not present.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, or check. Regardless of your desired payment method, we do require all of our clients to have a credit card on file.
We do not charge for rescheduling your service as long as it is done 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. Please see our Cancellations and Refunds FAQ for further information.
If you cancel before 48 hours, you will not be charged and issued a full refund.
If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the cleaning fee. However, we understand that life happens.
If you are unsatisfied with you service, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we would be happy to fix any mistakes. Beyond 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a redo or fix for free.
